iPhone XR Pros

Big, bright screen:
The iPhone XR’s screen isn’t as good as the iPhone 11 Pro’s True Tone, OLED display, but it’s still good. The 6.1-inch edge-to-edge LCD on the XR is plenty wide and looks fantastic.

Battery life:
The battery on the XR outperforms its predecessor, the XS, by a few hours.

Attractive price:
Most of those core features of the regular iPhone 11 are available for a lower price on the XR. Starting at $599, you can get an XR that looks a lot like the 11.

Very good cameras:
The XR’s cameras are a bit behind the 11 series, but they’re still very sweet. The main difference is that the XR only has a single camera on the rear, which means it lacks ultra-wide and telephoto lenses, as well as some image stabilization and zoom capabilities.

Most key iPhone 11 features:
The XR is identical to the 11 in several respects. It has the same Face ID, wireless charging options, and other features as the iPhone X. Unless you have a pressing need for the most up-to-date, top-of-the-line features, the XR offers a lot of the same benefits as the 11 but at a lower price.

Cons

LCD screen:
The XR’s LCD display is just not as fine as the OLED found on the 11 Pro series. This screen’s technology has a smaller color range and precision, as well as being less light. However, the typical user could not note the difference.

Lower maximum storage:
The XR has a maximum storage capacity of 256 GB, while the 11 Pro has a maximum storage capacity of 512 GB. As a result, if you need a large amount of storage on your phone, the XR can be restricted.

Heavier:
The XR’s body is made of various materials than the 11, making it a little heavier. The iPhone XR weighs 6.84 ounces, which is slightly more than the iPhone 11 Pro’s 6.62-ounce weight. However, it is the same weight as the regular iPhone 11.

Lesser waterproofing:
The XR’s waterproofing capabilities are marginally less powerful than those of the 11. The iPhone 11 can withstand 30 minutes in water up to 2 meters deep, but the XR can only withstand 30 minutes in water up to 1 meter deep.
